Filmmaking photographers, photography-focused filmmakers – the boundaries of visual content are increasingly blurring. Filmmakers want to view their material in full 4K UHD resolution, and photographers want to see the full sharpness of their printed images directly on the monitor. The ColorEdge CS2740 from EIZO meets both demands perfectly. Showing exactly what the camera has captured is the primary task of a graphics monitor. That is why every ColorEdge CS2740 is individually measured and optimally adjusted at the factory. To ensure that this factory precision remains consistent throughout its entire lifespan, the ColorEdge CS2740 can be hardware calibrated in just 90 seconds without loss (measured with MacBook Pro and EX4). Often, a notebook is the only computer in use. Thanks to four USB downstream ports and a USB-C upstream connection, storage devices, mouse, keyboard, and other peripherals can be connected directly to the CS2740. In addition, the mobile device can be powered with up to 60 watts. The monitor also features one HDMI and one DisplayPort input.
